Maybe you’re feeling apprehensive (or, like I was, absolutely terrified) about labour? Perhaps you’re booked in for a caesarean and want to find out how to make it extra-special? Or maybe you just want more detailed information about birth and what your choices are?

Whether it’s gathering the confidence to ask the questions that matter to you, knowing about your options, gaining more information on the third stage of labour (delivering the placenta - my favourite topic!), learning how your birth partner can best help you or simply getting excited about having your baby - it’s all covered in my classes*. Read on to see which one would suit you best. All classes include relaxation audios, a parents’ folder, hypnobirthing book and gift bag, and birth partners are highly encouraged to come too!

Group classes

Small class sizes ensure a relaxed and comfortable setting, where we will work through the whole course, with plenty of time for questions and discussion. Classes are 8 hours in total, split over four 2-hour sessions. £300

Private

I offer private classes across South East London and Kent, working with you to find the dates and times that suit you (the course is 8 hours in total but you can split this however you’d like). Held in your own home, these give you and your birth partner maximum relaxation. £400

Cesarean

Many hypnobirthing courses give very little time and focus to cesarean births but I believe they should be celebrated and discussed just as we do vaginal births. This cesarean-specific class gives and your birth partner all the information, reassurance and tools to have an incredible birthing experience.

This course is 4 hours long and is only available privately to those who are confirmed, or very likely, to have a cesarean. £200

Refresher

If you’ve previously taken a course with me but would like to have a recap, you can book my 90-minute refresher session. With relaxations, a little treat for you and your little one and a chance to answer any questions you have to give you that last-minute confidence boost. £100

*Pay-what-you-can

I strongly believe that everyone should have access to hypnobirthing regardless of their circumstances. If you would like to book a course with me but the prices stated above are preventing you from doing so, then you can email me in full confidence for a pay-what-you-can slot.

These slots are based on honesty (I don’t request any proof of income etc), so if you can afford to pay the full price, please don’t apply for a slot that could be offered to someone else.
